ConservaTruth PAC Donation Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Contributions to ConservaTruth PAC must comply with applicable law. By making a contribution, you confirm that your donation is lawful and made from your own funds. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals, and other sources prohibited by law are not accepted.

Contribution Limit

South Carolina law provides that a person may not contribute to a committee, and a committee may not accept from a person, contributions totaling more than $3,500 in a calendar year.

No Refunds

All contributions are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

Use of Funds

Contributions to ConservaTruth PAC will be used to support the PAC’s mission, including supporting state and local candidates, advocating for public policy issues, and engaging in other lawful political activity permitted under applicable law.

Compliance and Certification

By donating, you certify that the contribution is made from your own funds and is not being made in the name of another person or entity. ConservaTruth PAC will comply with all applicable South Carolina reporting and disclosure requirements.

Disclosure and Privacy

Your information may be used to comply with campaign finance reporting and recordkeeping requirements. Information required by law may be disclosed in public filings. ConservaTruth PAC does not sell donor information.

Federal Activity

ConservaTruth PAC is a South Carolina state political committee and operates in accordance with applicable state and federal law.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Any updated terms will apply once posted.
